Join us for a one-hour yoga session designed for real life! Movement, noise, laughter, and all. This is a relaxed, grounding class where children are welcome to come along and play while you practice.
Little feet may run, voices may call out, and moments may be interrupted, but that’s all part of the practice here. There’s no pressure to stay on your mat the whole time, and no expectation of silence or perfection.
(We do promise the drums will be removed though!)
No childcare? No problem!
What to expect:
• A gentle, grounding yoga flow focused on rooting, resting, and rising

• Limited class size: 10 spaces only (adult)

This is a child friendly yoga class. Children are welcome to attend and play while you practice.

There is no pressure to remain on your mat for the entire session.
The class runs for one hour.
Spaces are limited to 10 attendees.
Yoga mats and blocks are provided. Please bring yourself, a water bottle, and your child if you wish!
No food will be served during the session.
Coffee and drinks to go will be available to purchase at the end of the class.
While you remain responsible for your child at all times, we will be on hand to help distract when necessary!
