This half-term workshop offers children a joyful, creative and active day in a supportive, non-competitive environment.

The day combines dance, creative movement, games and simple art-based activities, designed to build confidence, coordination and self-expression while keeping children engaged, happy and moving throughout the day.

Sessions are open-level and suitable for both beginners and more experienced movers. Children are encouraged to explore movement at their own pace, try new ideas, and enjoy learning through play and creativity.

Alongside physical activity, gentle mindfulness moments are included to support focus, body awareness and calm.

Open-level (no dance experience required)

Suitable for a wide age range of primary and secondary school children
