Levels: This course run will be for the the Early Inverters - those who can invert, maybe its a bit of a struggle - but it's there, and want to train towards consistent, comfortable, confident inverts; possibly even on spin!
A 6-week course designed for polers who want more focused, intentional training to properly understand, develop, and solidify their inverts.
Across the course, we'll focus on correct engagement, placement, points of contact, using momentum & motion efficiently. We'll explore different pathways to inverting, perhaps finding which ways click best for your body in particular, while also addressing common blockages that may come up for individuals such as grip issues, fear, or inefficient setups.
We will look at multiple pathways to inverting on both static, and - once those foundations are established - spinning inverts✨
Each week will build progressively, allowing time for your body to adapt and your technique to solidify. Expect some targeted conditioning & drills, multiple pathways to invert and dismount safely, and plenty of time and space to train your inverts in a focused way alongside others doing the same - but most importantly, ample 1:1 attention, personalised feedback, and specific adjustments.
✨We run small group classes so you can get the most from our amazing instructors’ teaching, attention and time; sessions are 2 to a pole max., and maximum 6 people in each class✨
