A gentle and supportive emotional wellbeing workshop for children designed to help build confidence, emotional awareness and calming tools in a safe and nurturing environment.
Through fun, engaging and age-appropriate activities, children will explore feelings, mindfulness, relaxation, self-esteem and healthy coping strategies while connecting with others in a positive and supportive space.
Instrukcje
• Children should wear comfortable clothing
• Parents/guardians are welcome to stay nearby during the session if needed
• Please bring a water bottle for your child
• If your child has any additional needs, anxieties or anything you feel would be helpful for me to know beforehand, please feel free to contact me privately before the workshop
• Spaces are limited and booking is essential
My aim is to create a calm, safe and supportive environment where every child feels welcome and comfortable.
