Solfeggio Sound Therapy has teamed up with Kinda Magic Events and other session facilitators to bring you a magical retreat to refresh the spirit.
Escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse yourself in some much-needed holistic healing and rejuvenation. This half-day retreat is packed with amazing activities: Somatic movement, sound therapy and ecstatic dance await you in the heart of a beautiful, historic church.

Somatic Movement: Gentle, mindful exercises designed to reconnect you with your body and release stored tension.
Sound Therapy: Healing vibrations from gongs, singing bowls, and other instruments to harmonise your mind, body, and spirit.
Reiki: A gentle energy healing practice that promotes relaxation and emotional balance. Experience the soothing flow of universal life energy as a certified practitioner facilitates healing, helping to clear blockages and restore harmony within your body and spirit.
Meditation: A guided session to enhance your inner peace and clarity.
Breathwork: A guided session to re-energise you and prepare your body to dance!
