You may know me as a Yoga Instructor. Now I’d love to reintroduce myself as a Health Creation Coach and Mentor.
Yoga does help us feel more supple, strong and relaxed. But the deeper practice of yoga is how we live. It’s in what we prioritise, how we respond to pressure, how we care for our energy, and how we take responsibility for our choices.
This is where Health Creation comes in.
In this free webinar, I’ll guide you through a grounded, evidence-based approach to regulating stress, restoring energy, and building healthier habits — in a way that fits your real life, not an idealised version of it.
You’ll leave with greater clarity about:
• Understand why you feel tired but wired at night, tense, or caught in overthinking — and what your nervous system is actually doing
• Recognise the early, subtle signs of burnout before your body forces you to slow down
• Identify your personal stress triggers so you can respond with awareness rather than autopilot
• Learn simple, realistic tools you can use in the middle of a busy day to calm your body and regain clarity
Stress has been described by the World Health Organisation as the health epidemic of the 21st century. And yet, it doesn’t have to define the way we live.
Health Creation Coaching and Mentoring is a whole-person approach to wellbeing — mind, body, and the way we live and work. My work brings together evidence-based health science and yogic philosophy, with integrity and compassion at the centre.
If you’re feeling stretched, tired, or aware that something needs to shift, this session will offer you both understanding and practical next steps.
✨ A live-only gift will be shared with those who attend.
🎥 A recording will be available for 3 days after the session.
