✨ Yoga, Voice & Sound Bath ✨
Saturday 4th October | 9am – 12pm

A morning immersion to awaken the power of expression and the freedom of your voice.

We begin with a yoga practice inspired by udāna vāyu — the upward-moving energy that governs speech, self-expression, creativity, and clarity. Through movement and breathwork, we prepare the body and open the pathways for sound to flow, to embrace freedom of expression.

From there, we journey into vocal toning and mantra — simple, accessible practices to free the voice, calm the mind, and expand inner resonance. No singing experience is needed — only your willingness to sound, breathe, and express.

We close with a deeply restorative sound bath, allowing the vibrations of sacred instruments to integrate the morning’s practice and carry you into spacious rest.
