Come join us for our weekly Wednesday morning. These weekly workouts are varied each week and include Resistance Training, HIIT, Core workouts, Circuit Training and more.

All abilities are welcome. Modifications, Progressions and adaptations are provided.

Turn up, workout and get your day started. Each workout is 45 minutes.

If you aren't sure if this workout is for you, just drop us email and check pin with us for advice.

Instrukcje

Please ensure that you are fit and well before considering to attend class. Come dressed in clothing appropriate to exercise in. Bring a bottle of water, a towel to mop your brow and ensure that you have warm clothing for after the class.

Please ensure that you arrive on time for the start of class.

Parking outside of the hall is limited. Parking is available further into Amesbury in one of the public carparks.
