Weekly 1.5 hour Yin Yoga and Sound Bath
Yin Yoga: Targets the deep connective tissues and joints through long, supported, floor-based poses (often 3 to 5 minutes each). This allows the physical body to release tension and knots.
Sound Healing: Fills the space with harmonic vibrations as you relax helping to quiet the mind, shift the brain into a deeply meditative theta state, and encourage stagnant energy to release.
These sessions are suitable for all levels and typically result in a profound sense of inner peace and relaxation
Attendee Information
• Free parking is available onsite for all attendees.
• Please bring your own yoga mat. No props are required but you are welcome to bring any that you wish to use during the class, such as blocks, a strap, bolster, cushion, or blanket.
• We recommend arriving 5- 10 minutes before the class start time to allow plenty of time to park, get settled, and set up your space.
• Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and bring a bottle of water if you'd like.
