Join Laura & Nicci for a magical evening of relaxation, featuring gentle yoga, aromatherapy, and reiki.

This special session is designed to guide you into a deeper state of rest, using yoga postures to free the body and reiki-infused aromatherapy to calm the mind.

Nicci is the creative soul behind Innerlather, where she crafts beautiful, bespoke aromatherapy products and offers a range of luxurious treatments. An experienced beauty specialist and aromatherapist, Nicci has a lifelong passion for the transformative power of scent. She believes in creating daily rituals for well-being and is dedicated to sharing the profound ability of essential oils to soothe the mind and uplift the spirit.

Laura is an inclusive yoga teacher who strives to create welcoming spaces for anyone wishing to explore the benefits of yoga—regardless of body shape, fitness level, or physical ability. She encourages an open mind, free from limiting beliefs, and invites students to experience yoga as it’s truly meant to be: a practice of connection, calm, and wholeness. Laura is professionally trained in both traditional yoga and specialist chair yoga, and focuses on adapting the practice to meet each individual’s needs.

Together, we’ll explore the restorative benefits of both yoga and aroma, introducing you to new well-being practices. Nicci will share simple ways to incorporate aromatherapy into your daily routine, and you’ll have the opportunity to explore different scent applications. Laura will guide you through a gentle, slow yoga flow to help the body release tension, followed by a mindful breathwork practice to calm the mind. Once we feel grounded and whole, we’ll transition into a deeply restful guided relaxation, with Nicci offering the gentle touch of reiki to help deepen your sense of peace.

Before we float home, we’ll come together for a warm reflection circle with tea and snacks. Nicci is also kindly including a parting gift: you’ll receive a bottle of Innerlather Top to Toe Wash, made with the custom essential oil blend used during the evening—so you can continue your aromatherapy journey at home.

Tickets
This event is open to both men and women, no yoga experience or fitness level is required. To ensure everyone's comfort, we are offering 2 ticket options. Recliner Chair Tickets are for those who do not feel comfortable coming down to the floor for the relaxation (these are limited). Floor Space tickets are for those who are able to safely come down to the floor, you'll still be comfortable with bolsters to support you! Please choose the ticket type that best suits you.
