A special and unique retreat in a beautiful location, Clonshire Equestrian Centre, Adare, Co Limerick
The day will include:
- A horseriding lesson by a qualified instructor. We have two different lessons on the retreat, one for beginners and one for intermediate riders. You are welcome to bring your own horse also
- A 90 minute morning yoga flow class led by movement coach @ . Also suitable for beginners and those who regualry practice yoga
- A delicious and seasonal vegetarian lunch prepared by Ballymaloe trained chef @
- A guided meditation in the meadow
- A walk thorugh the parklands enjoying some forrest bathing en route
- Time to decompress and relax and step out of your busy routine to enjoy some downtime surrounded by beautiful nature and horses
Instrukcje
Please bring a yoga mat, cushion and blanket and bottle of water for yoga practice.
Clothing suitable for both yoga and horse riding. Rain gear and wellies for our walk
