ITS THAT TIME AGAIN. Spooky season is upon us, Gothmas if you will.
So of course we are doing another Rockfit Halloween Rockathon.
This time it will be in the iconic music venue Salford Lads and Girls club with Beth and Betty. Of course your other Manchester instructors will be there too to lead you all through Halloween favourites!
4.30-6.00pm is the Halloween class. This is a 1.5 hour class split into three sections with two small breaks.
Then 6.00-8.00pm is our Halloween buffet and disco.
We will bring some food items as a base but would love it if other people could bring other items to help fill the table. If you would like to bring something please message Beth or Betty so that we can keep track of what we have and what we need
8.00 pm is closing time.
Instrukcje
Doors open from 4.00pm onwards for the class aiming to start at 4.30pm.
There’ll be plenty of props for everyone to enjoy and take photos with before the class starts, as well as afterwards.
Fancy dress is encouraged but not compulsory. The instructors will be dressed up and we would love to see you in fancy dress if you feel comfortable to do so.
However if this isn’t your thing, come comfortable. Ensure fancy dress is breathable and wear comfortable shoes.
There is no official photography/videography but feel free to take your own being mindful of catching people in the background who may not want to be on social media.
