Come and join our Rutland Ducklings group!
Rutland Ducklings is our weekly group for 1 to 10 year olds, which offers toddlers and pre-school & school children the chance to learn new outdoor education skills including meeting and working with the animals on the farm.
The sessions run on a Thursday 10:00-11:30. Please arrive at Wing Hall Farm (address below) approx. 10 mins before the session so we can start on time. Please do not arrive before this as there may be farm traffic still undertaking the mornings/early afternoons work between sessions.
When finding us, sometimes the postcode may take you elsewhere… we recommend using the road (Grammas Lane, Wing). When you arrive at the farm, drive straight down the track through the farmyard and a member of ROEC staff will be there to greet you and tell you where to park. We have a 10mph speed limit in force to protect our staff, visitors and animals.
Please make sure your child does not have opened toed shoes. Wellies/boots are best. We don't offer refunds, due to paypal fees but can swap sessions as per our T&C's.
If you are unable to attend or are running late, please call the number below. We do often have to wait for clients who just do not turn up… please be courteous to your fellow group members and send us an email or phone call to let us know.
