To help prepare for the beginning of the season we are hosting a series of short online sessions for affiliated and recognised organisations,
This second session focusses on 'people'.

We want to explore how your organisation can develop successful, sustainable, supported, valued and inclusive people for the future.

This will be a fun and interactive session that will challenge the way you think about and work with the people within your community.

These online events are ideal for those who are involved in the management of your club or its activities – committee members, volunteers, staff etc. and are completely free to delegates from RYA affiliated or recognised organisations.
