This Stay and Play Nature group for preschool aged explorers - 0yrs - 5yrs
Come and join us on an adventure. playing and exploring outdoors. We get up to lots of mucky fun: making mud pies, creating beautiful art, and enjoying nature.
We’re always looking for wildlife, bug hunting for worms, beetles and snails; listening for birds and looking for signs of the animals we share our spaces with.
Our sessions are informal and are all about the children leading their exploration, which is how we find children learn best. We have weekly themes and link these in with a craft and a story, providing them with spotting/nature ID sheets and magnifying glasses so they can get up close to the natural world, and help support their natural curiosity. However, if they want to just splash in a muddy puddle, that's fine too, it is, after all, an important way to learn about the world around them.
Please note that although we are flexible around ages these sessions are probably better suited to children who are able to walk.
Poziom: Preschooler
We take a very Scandinavian approach to weather and play outdoors all year round, in all weather. Please make sure children and adults are dressed appropriately, with waterproofs and wellies when needed.

To help keep everyone safe we are asking that families please:
• Don’t attend if you, or anyone in your household is unwell.
• Don’t attend if you’ve been asked to self-isolate
• Hand-sanitise when you arrive and before you leave the site
• Use a mask when indoors
