NEW MAT PILATES CLASS WITH LAUREN
Lauren’s Pilates classes combine strength, stretch and mobility, flowing through a variety of exercises and equipment to keep every session fresh and engaging.
Classes are multi-level, with options and progressions throughout, so everyone can work at a level that feels right for them.
Lauren’s focus is on helping you build confidence, enjoy moving your body and leave feeling stronger and more mobile.
Equipment provided. You are welcome to bring your own mat.
Wear comfortable clothes you can move around in. And if you like to wear socks please make sure they are non slip socks. It’s also a good idea to bring water to class.
Parking is on street. Please park considerately of the school no parking zone and our neighbours’ drives.

Block booking 4 weeks
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS BEFORE BOOKING. This ticket provides the lowest class rate to hold your space in the class for the block. Once booked there is no facility to receive a refund or to extend the block. However, classes are flexible within the block, subject to a min of 7 hours notice and availability, where you can swap from Weds to Saturday Pilates for example. Thank you for your understanding.
