Combining breath work, mantra, movement and sound enjoy deepening your practice with Samantha. Over two hours, together you'll explore Kundalini yoga as a tool to tune into the ability we all have to calm and soothe our own bodies.
Samantha will guide you to move and connect with your breath, inviting you to pause and listen to your body, noticing what feels good, and observing what comes up for you.
This workshop is suitable for all, you’ll be encouraged to explore your range of movement. Start from where you are and work from there.
All equipment is provided however you are welcome to bring your own mat, for example.
Please wear comfortable clothes you can move in and bring your water bottle and bring an open heart and mind for this practice.
