4.4mile walk into town round the bishops meadows, through town & back the riverside pathways.

Silent Disco Ladies Walking Group is a fun, inclusive walking group for women who love music, movement, and good energy.

We walk together wearing headphones, all listening to the same playlist—no pressure, no noise, just vibes.

All fitness levels welcome. Come for the walk, stay for the sisterhood.

How It Works

Everyone get headphones & you follow the group playlist. You can adjust your own individual volume or switch off if you insist 🎧
We walk the same route, at a comfortable pace
Optional: warm-up stretch + cool-down chat
Smiles, waves, and occasional dance breaks encouraged 💖

Ladies Only
Ages 8+ but you are to remain responsibly for your children throughout the walk.
Children in buggies/wheelchairs welcome but they must remain in their buggies.

Tickets are not transferable i’m afraid unless the event is cancelled/postponed by the organiser .

You pay for how many headsets - 1 adult & 2 children wearing headsets = 3 tickets.
