Lutterworth, The Pavilion-Evening Sound bath Session

Please arrive to the venue at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the session. Latecomers will not be permitted as to avoid disruption.

Please review the attached waiver and consent forms prior to the session. You will be required to sign that you have read and understand upon arrival to the session.

Please bring a yoga mat, any pillows, blankets or other items that may make you comfortable; water bottle.

Suggested attire: Comfortable clothing; consider layers as your body may cool as it enters dream-like state. You will need to take your shoes off so please consider socks to keep your feet warm.

Please avoid consuming any alcohol prior to the session.

It is strongly advised for you to check directions and parking prior to driving to The Pavilion as SATNAV and apps can show different routes. From what I can tell, all navigation apps will take you to Waterworks Lane- it looks narrow, but you can drive down this small lane and on the left hand side, you can access parking at the Leisure Center. On some occasions this road may be closed but you can still access the Leisure Center via Coventry Road. I have also included a screenshot with the event attachments that you can view.
Many times the football pitch stadium lights are on but I cannot guarantee the area will be lit. Please use caution as you make your way to the building. You will need to walk past the pitch to the front of the building. Unfortunately, during the winter months, it is quite dark. I have requested lighting from property managers but please consider use of a torch or your phone in the meantime.
