This 75 minute session will include all of the usual elements that you would expect in a yoga class; pranayama (breathwork), movement, stillness & an opportunity to choose how you move, which invitations you accept.
May be more suitable for those with some yoga experience.
Please note that the 2nd session of this block will be online as there is an AGM in the hall on 12th Jan
Please bring with you any props that you normally utilise in a yoga practice - bock, bricks, strap - as well as your mat, a blanket & a drink
