For three decades, Southend YMCA's Newlands, has provided safe, supported accommodation to young people aged 18–25 facing homelessness or challenging circumstances. With room for up to 35 residents at a time, we’ve helped countless young people build skills, confidence, and brighter futures.
Join us for an afternoon of celebration and community spirit! This special event brings together past and present residents, staff, supporters, and local community members to reflect on our journey, share inspiring stories, and look ahead to a future where every young person has a safe place to call home.
Enjoy delicious food, exciting games, live music, a climbing wall, face painting, and a host of other fun activities for all ages. Don’t miss this chance to be part of a historic milestone for Southend YMCA and celebrate 30 years of transforming lives.
