Dive into a revitalizing Pilates session with us! This weekly Pilates session is tailored for beginners aged 18+ years. It's the perfect opportunity for someone to enjoy a gentler Pilates session, all equipment including mats will be provided by Sportily making this an entirely beginner friendly activity.

Please note, bad weather may cause the session to need to be cancelled. However, there is a gazebo that can be used. Provided participants have booked into the session in advance, we would be able to cancel the session and let you know (no one likes to do Pilates in the rain!)
