Celebrate the charm of bugs, bees & butterflies in this three-hour oil pastel workshop. You’ll learn how to work and blend oil pastels enabling you to create an insect of your choice. Perfect for beginners and nature-loving creatives, this session offers gentle guidance in a warm, supportive studio setting. With a maximum of eight students per class, you’ll enjoy focused guidance and a warm, supportive learning environment designed to nurture both confidence and creativity. *All necessary materials and equipment will be provided by the studio, just bring your creativity! *

Learning Aims
• Build knowledge of oil pastel working methods
• Create an expressive oil pastel insect of your choice

Workshop Breakdown
10.30-11.30: Oil pastel method and practice
11.30-12.30: Learning textures and colour blends
12.30- 1.30: Creating an insect of your choice with oil pastels

Course Planning & Teaching

A fully qualified teacher with 17 years of experience, Kitty is fully insured, certified in First Aid, and holds an enhanced DBS check, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all learners.
