Paperwork, paperwork, paperwork! Perhaps seen as confusing, difficult, or time-consuming, paperwork for the people supported is often overlooked. All participants have set requirements for screening, planning for, and supporting their care. These requirements are built into individual documents for each person. The Adult Day Service provider, as a company, has many requirements as well to ensure they are following waiver policy requirements for this service. Avoid violations due to non-compliant paperwork by learning more about what those specific standards are!
Topics to be covered include:
This course will cover all pre-admission to annual documents (as well as discharge) directed by the Adult Day Care Center Rule. In addition, company-specific paperwork including policies and procedures and the staff ratio will be reviewed.
CEU Contact Hours: 1.8 for Nurses, 1.5 for Social Workers
Registered participants will have access to the session recording for two weeks following the training.
