Designated Manager Qualifications and Job Duties 💻

​A Designated Manager (DM) is an important member of your company. Every provider wants their company to be the best, have a great reputation, and to provide person-centered services. The DM is directly responsible for ensuring high quality in all of those areas. This important position has significant responsibilities to the people, staff, operations, and company as a whole. DMs must be knowledgeable about regulations, your organization's compliance, and program quality assurance and improvements. When areas need quality improvement, the DM focuses on ways to correct those areas and works with other team members to make that happen. When DMs take time to invest in their education a smooth future of compliance and oversight can happen. Participants will gain valuable knowledge of their job responsibilities so they can achieve compliance requirements at their organization.
