Forest Bathing Discovery Walk - Weds 8th October 10-11.30am.
Join Gateshead Riverside Park Project Lead Sam Tranter and Tyne Derwent Way Walking Guide Kath Edgell on a wonderful well-being stroll through the park. Together they will invite you to immerse in nature and heritage on the banks of the Tyne, mindfully taking in the iconic views, blending urban and natural sounds as your sound track to unwinding, slowing down and learning some simple relaxation techniques.
