Join us for a friendly fitness session designed especially for mums! Move & Connect with BPS is all about connection, community, and gentle exercise. Whether you’re just starting out or your returning to exercise after a break, this session is suitable for all fitness levels. Exercises will be progressed or regressed to ensure that everyone can feel challenged in a safe and supportive way.
WHAT'S INCLUDED?
A gentle fitness session including a comprehensive warm up, light cardio and bodyweight strength circuits, finished off with some mat work and cool down stretching to relax and unwind.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Optional: dumbbells or a kettlebell
TICKETS: £2 per participant — this is a simple buy-in to join the session, not a fundraiser. However every £2 per ticket bought will be donated to BPS as they continue to make improvements and updates for our children.
MEET YOUR COACH
I’m Laura from StrongMumsNI, specialising in fitness & nutrition for mums from 6 weeks postpartum to 16 years and beyond! Around 75% of mums join me as beginners, so please don’t worry if you’re just starting out. If you feel unfit, underconditioned and a little meh about your health and fitness, please know that you are not alone and the hardest part is taking a first step towards starting.
