Players must be resident in, attending school in, or a member of a chess club in Sussex; or have represented Sussex in a national event; and meet the age eligibility for their section:
U11 - aged under 11 on 31/08/2023
U18 - aged under 18 on 31/08/2023

This is an important selection event and as such all current and aspiring U9 and U11 County players are strongly encouraged to attend.
