Join Kerri and I for a lovely late Sunday afternoon event of Pilates and Yoga.
Kerri will lead a mat based Pilates session followed by my YogaFlow and Yoga Nidra to finish. Before we close we will enjoy hot teas and cake.
Please bring your own mat, water and warm, layered clothing you can move in.
