In this session you will discover Matthew Sweeney’s gentle yet comprehensive Moon Sequence (Chandra Krama). Unlike ashtanga and faster-paced vinyasa, the sequence focuses on slow flow and deep hip opening, soothing the nervous system and building internal awareness.
It offers a therapeutic, balanced (sattvic) approach that relieves tension in the wrists and shoulders while honouring the body’s natural limits. Participants will leave feeling grounded, nourished, and deeply peaceful.
This flowing practice is perfect for all levels. The only prerequisite is that you must be able to kneel comfortably sitting on your heels (even if this is elevated on blocks and/or with a blanket under your knees).

Zoë is a highly experienced yoga teacher trainer with many years of dedicated ashtanga yoga practice and teaching behind her. Recognised as a Yoga Elder with Yoga Teachers Together and a Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals, Zoë brings depth, wisdom, and authenticity to her work.
She has recently completed a two-year advanced training programme with renowned teacher Matthew Sweeney, further enriching her skillset and continuing her lifelong commitment to study and self-development. Known for her grounded presence and inclusive approach, Zoë supports students and teachers alike in cultivating confidence, insight, and a sustainable yoga practice.
