Join us on our private estate beside the lake for a beautiful evening of yoga flow, sound bath and wood fired sauna with Lorna May Loves and Secret Sauna.
This New Moon in Cancer invites us into softer, slower energy. A watery, divine flow to call yourself home.
Expect gentle movement, deep rest, lake views, birdsong, fire, warmth and space to set new intentions under the energy of the new moon.
The evening includes:
🌙 Yoga flow with Lorna May Loves
🌙 Sound bath by the lake
🌙 Wood fired sauna with Secret Sauna
🌙 Time to pause, breathe and reconnect
Arrive from 6:45pm to settle in. The evening will run until approximately 9:45pm.
Afterwards, you can refresh with juices and herbal teas around our fire pit and explore the estate.

Spaces are limited. We sold out at our last event so secure your tickets today.
Lorna has mats for 20 however if you have your own mat we do request you bring it.
Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for gentle movement and bring anything you would like for extra comfort during the sound bath, such as a blanket, cushion or warm layer. Bring swimwear and towel for the sauna. Maximum of 9 people at any time in sauna.
We do have a lake that you are welcome to dip in at your own risk.
There is a one flushing toilet and one hot shower on the estate for the campsite.
We do have parking but limited so we do request car share where possible.
