Join me for A Lovely Summer Day — a nourishing day retreat in the peaceful Northumberland village of Whalton.
We’ll move through a mindful morning flow, enjoy homemade cake and a countryside walk, share lunch together, and close with a deeply restful restorative practice.
This is a gentle invitation to step away from daily pressures, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling rested, restored and balanced.
This retreat includes a mindful yoga flow, a gentle countryside walk, and a restorative practice. It is best suited to those with a foundational understanding of yoga and a regular practice. It is not suitable during pregnancy.
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early so you can settle in comfortably, and remember to bring your own yoga mat. Bring a blanket and/or eye pillow for restorative practice, comfortable clothing suitable for movement and walking, suitable footwear for the countryside walk, and a water bottle.
