Join us for the first of our meditation soundbaths at the stunning North Sea Observatory in Chapel St Leonards
Settle onto the mat and allow the guided meditation to destress and release tension, before the sounds of crystal bowls, chimes and gongs help to release, restore and deeply relax.
Soundbaths are unsuitable for those with certain medical conditions including sound induced epilepsy, pregnancy, certain mental health conditions and deep brain implant devices.

All equipment is provided and this is floor based on mats however I do have a couple of chairs if requested.
Drinks are also provided after the event.
