For just three exclusive evenings, you’re invited to step away from the busyness of everyday life and into the peaceful beauty of a sunflower field.

As the evening sun begins to set, we’ll gather together in a quiet circle surrounded by golden blooms for a deeply relaxing and immersive meditation experience.

This is more than a meditation. It’s an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with nature and simply be.

Each evening follows its own unique journey, inspired by the life of the sunflower and the changing seasons.

🌻 Evening One – 6th August - Turn Towards the Light *already complete *
A gentle invitation to embrace hope, new beginnings and trust in your own journey. Guided by the beautiful energy of Carnelian, we’ll explore mindfulness, grounding, gentle seated movement, meditation and quiet reflection.

🌻 Evening Two – 15th August - Stand Tall
Inspired by Mugglestone, this evening explores resilience, courage and inner strength. Through meditation, silent walking among the flowers and reflective journalling, we’ll reconnect with the quiet strength that already lives within us.

🌻 Evening Three – 22nd August - Scatter Golden Seeds
As summer begins to soften, we’ll reflect with gratitude, celebrate personal growth and carry the warmth of the season into the months ahead. Guided by Red Jasper, this closing experience is a beautiful reminder that even the smallest acts of kindness and hope continue to grow.
