Join me for an hour of rest, relaxation and pause. We will be resting on our mats and following guided meditation, using breathwork and the art of yoga nidra to relax the mind and body.
Each class will be different to the last and we may use one or more of the techniques in class. Occasionally there may be a couple of sound bowls and also crystals and other equipment to help in your relaxation. Therefore please make me aware of any medical conditions prior to attending.
All equipment is provided and the sessions are guided by an experienced teacher.
Please note that the class is floor/mat based. Chairs are available if required. Please check availability prior to booking.
Please bring any drinks/water you would like and wear casual / comfortable clothes.
