Our first aerial slings doubles workshop in Sandy.
A one-off 90 minute class dedicated to double moves and combos on aerial slings. You’ll be sharing a station with the person you booked with.
Level: mixed abilities; your instructor will prepare the workshop to suit all levels and abilities, even if you are a beginner.

Cover shoulders and legs. No shiny leggings as grip would be more challenging with smooth, slippy fabric. Bring a bottle of water and perhaps a small towel, although both water and towels are available at the studio. Contact us if you have any questions. Directions to the studio will be sent closer to the date.
