Join Roxanne Clark of RoxEssential and Jess Claringbold of Time Seekers for a beautiful afternoon designed to help you pause, reconnect and simply feel good.
We’ll begin with an introduction to essential oils with Roxanne, exploring how they can support your wellbeing and simple ways you can bring them into everyday life.
Jess will then guide you through a nourishing cacao ceremony, creating space to slow down and connect inwards, before settling in for a deeply relaxing sound experience.
