This intensive one-day course is designed to prepare climbers and mountaineers for the demands of alpine terrain and big mountain objectives. Covering essential movement skills, rope work, equipment systems, decision-making, and efficiency in the mountains, the day focuses on building confidence in classic alpine scenarios. Ideal for those planning their first alpine trip or looking to refresh core skills before heading into bigger terrain.
