50 minute heated Yoga class,
The class is heated to assist with flexibility and cardiovascular fitness.
Please ensure you have water and a towel
We require 24 hours notice to cancel or swap your booking
You will be required to bring your own exercise mat to the studio, a towel and a drink ofwater any other equipment required for class will be provided by the teacher. These will be cleaned before use and after.

By booking your class you confirm that you agree to both the terms of the activity disclaimer and that you are NOT showing or have been in contact with any confirmed cases of Covid-19 within the past 14 days.
Please if you are at all unwell do not attend the studio. Please contact your class teacher who will assist you with re-booking onto an alternative class when it is safe to do so.
