In this guided session, you’ll be supported to slow down and check in with yourself through meditation, movement and journalling. Together, we’ll create a moment of stillness away from the noise of everyday life, an opportunity to tune into your body, your breath, and what’s present for you.
No experience needed, just come as you are.
