Join textile artist Clare for this workshop where you can learn different printing and stitching techniques and produce your own stitched landscape.
Using a variation of different fabric backgrounds and simple heat & lino printing techniques, you will build up layers of materials combined with different embroidery stitches and applique to create your own unique stitched landscape.
You can create one larger piece or several smaller samples to create your final piece, which will be bound and mounted ready for you to frame. If you have a photograph of your favorite landscape, please do bring it along as inspiration.
All levels of experience welcome.
Please note, this workshop is not suitable for children and young people under 18.
If you are planning to have lunch at Earsham Hall Tearooms, please reserve a table as it can get very busy.
