Tranquil Thursdays
Step into a softly lit, magical space where calm begins the moment you arrive.
Over the course of an hour, you’ll be guided through a gentle meditation designed to bring you back to centre. As your body relaxes into stillness, crystal healing and Reiki energy are offered to support deep rest and energetic balance.
Each session is held in a peaceful setting surrounded by candlelight, with a small group to keep the energy intimate and personal.
A fortnightly sanctuary to restore, reconnect, and realign.
Please arrive by 6.45pm we have free car parking at the front of the hop farm and we are next to the big green building.
We provide mats and eyemasks, along with blankets - please bring along anything else you may need to make you comfortable. Herbal tea will be available but we advise you bring water.
