Join us to make our very own radio broadcast from Windmill Community Gardens. We'll be recording a soundscape of the gardens, interviewing community members, and dreaming up what we'd like our radio show to be about, any experiments are welcome.
It could be the crunchy sounds underfoot, birds singing, a dream from a few nights ago retold by someone else from memory, a story about the first time you tried a strawberry, or even the sound of someone eating one fresh from the garden!
No radio experience needed, just bring your curiosity (and your own headphones!), all ages welcome.
This workshop runs across two days, Friday 24th of July and Friday 31st of July. Come to one session or both, whatever suits you. Tell your friends to tune in!"

This workshop is held at our Community Gardens. This is located at the corner of Dane Valley Road and College Road Margate CT9 2SH.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT:
You can reach us with bus number 34 and the stop is located on Upper Dane Road near Fitzroy Avenue.
PARKING:
There is no onsite parking but we are located on a long road called Dane Valley Road which has plenty of FREE parking.
BIKES and BUGGIES
These can be stored onsite, please ask a member of staff where best to store these.
