Midweek Stillness is a gentle pause in the middle of the week — a space to soften, breathe, and come home to yourself.
You’ll be guided through a soothing meditation to help quiet the mind and release the build-up of stress held in the body. As you settle into stillness, crystal sound bowls will wash over you with calming vibrations, supporting deep relaxation and nervous system regulation.
This session is an invitation to slow down, let go of doing, and simply be. The combination of guided meditation and sound healing allows the body to rest, the breath to deepen, and the mind to gently unwind — leaving you feeling grounded, centred, and replenished for the rest of the week.
No experience is needed. Just bring yourself, get comfortable, and allow the sound to hold you.
To make your experience as cosy and supportive as possible, please bring:
A yoga mat to lie on
A blanket or two for warmth and comfort
A pillow or bolster for your head or knees
Warm, comfortable layers (your body temperature may drop as you relax)
An eye pillow or scarf (optional, but lovely for deeper rest)
A water bottle for afterwards
You may also wish to bring a journal or crystal, though both are completely optional.
