As the festive season approaches, this is your invitation to pause, exhale and reset. From 12:30pm to 6:30pm, immerse yourself in a slow, nourishing day designed to support your well-being before the busyness of December truly sets in.
Your experience begins with a grounding opening circle, gently guiding you into a space of stillness and intention. We’ll then move through a yoga class inviting warmth during the colder months.
Midway through the day, you'll enjoy a cosy break with seasonal herbal teas and wholesome cakes —an opportunity to rest, reflect and connect with other like-minded people in a supportive, welcoming environment.
As the day deepens, we’ll transition into a calming yin yoga session, encouraging release, restoration and inner calm. From there, you'll be guided into a deeply relaxing sound healing experience by Aura Sound, using soothing vibrations to restore energetic balance and invite deep inner peace.
We’ll close our time together with a heartfelt circle, leaving you feeling replenished and ready to embrace the festive period with greater presence and ease.
