Suitable for all stages from Peri-Menopause to Post Menopause
Considering common symptoms (such as anxiety, hot flushes, brain fog etc) and learning yoga based tools that can be used in everyday life to help manage these. The classes will be tailored to the needs of those within the group but will include:
*Practices to reduce stress hormones (which affect the balance of female hormones)
*Breathing techniques to manage hot flushes, anxiety, and aid sleep.
*Practices for pelvic floor & core health.
*Postures and movements to balance and release emotions.
*Techniques to help reduce brain fog.
*Focus on shifting the mindset to be more positive about this transition.
Small friendly classes with an experienced teacher. No previous experience of yoga is needed.

Due to restricted class sizes, bookings are non refundable. If you are unable to make any of the block there is no facility to extend, come to another class, or receive a refund.
In the event of the teacher cancelling the class you will receive a refund.
