Spend 45 minutes melting into deep yin poses, held and supported while Jane weaves gentle, grounding sound around you.
Then surrender completely into savasana as the sound builds, washing over, moving through & releasing whatever you’ve been carrying for too long.
Yin yoga is a static, ground based style of yoga where poses are held for several minutes at a time. Props are used to be as supportive as you need.
Wear comfy, cosy clothes. Yin is a cooling yoga practice so it's good to wear layers.
