What the day involves:
Day starts with yoga to energise - for those kids who play sport or dance, yoga helps stretch and strengthen bodies. There will be fun exercises, partner activities and yoga races. Max, my 9 year old son will be helping with the class.
Cooking class to follow, lead by Helen from Little Cooks Co, making rainbow pizzas and other healthy snacks. Kids will learn what foods they need to have more energy and happy tummies!
Mindfulness activities to be included. Mindfulness helps centre kids and boost their confidence (without them even knowing it!)
