Tuesday 7- 8:30pm at the Hayling Library
A beautiful traditional yoga class combining breath practices, movement, practicing stillness and deepening into poses, mindful meditation and relaxation, allowing your mind and body to enter a state of relaxation. Anita will often bring her Tibetan Singing Bowls to end the class with a Sound Bath.
Yoga makes you feel great, improving your flexibility, strength, well-being, stress levels and improves sleep.
Classes are suitable for those new to yoga and the experienced.
Comfortable clothing that you can easily move in, have an extra layer of clothing to put on, so that you don't get cold.
Please have your phone off.
A blanket and yoga mat. You may also want to bring a yoga block/brick and or cushion.
I will ask you to complete a health registration form which you can complete online. The link to the form will hopefully be attached to the email when you book.
