Come and lower stress, recharge and unwind. The weekend is designed to be a special break, where you can breathe deeply in the fresh air, feel the benefits of Yoga, chat over delicious homemade food and just relax.
🟠 A whole weekend of Gitananda (Hatha) Yoga, Gong Baths and wholesome nutritious food in the countryside. Maitreya House offers a lovely indoor Yoga studio in a small quiet orchard and a meditation room with beautiful views.
🟠 There will be a full schedule of Yoga available. There will also be free time to enjoy nature, chat or to just relax and read a book.
The weekend is suitable for all levels of experience, beginners are very welcome. You are welcome to join on your own or in a group.
What is included?

🟠 2 nights of accommodation (Single, twin, triple rooms and cabins available).
🟠 Wholesome, nutritious food (+ desserts). All meals, snacks and drinks are included (vegetarian, vegan, gluten free - please specify when booking).

🟠 Maitreya House Retreat Centre:
A beautiful rural retreat centre located in Herefordshire with stunning views and a 4 acre garden. The centre comprises of a converted cottage and several wooden cabins. The meditation room overlooks views of the Golden Valley and Hay Bluff. There is also a large Yoga studio surrounded by apple trees. The centre is great for stargazing. It has a wonderful energy and was created to build on the teachings of the late Namgyal Rinpoche. Near Hereford, the centre is just over an hour away from Cardiff.
Prices range from £300 - £375 all inclusive of accommodation, meals, snacks, Yoga classes and Gong Baths. £75 non refundable deposit to secure your space. The remaining balance is then due by August 15th 2026. 10% off for monthly members. If you would like to pay in instalments via direct debit, please message to arrange after booking.
You will need a mat, a bottle of water, a blanket and anything you need for a weekend away. If you don't drive, please feel free to message and we can try to arrange lift sharing amongst participants. Please note the £75 deposit is non refundable and non transferable.
